ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom It would be good to introduce from the age of 8 months would be fine as by then they would be used to some solids , you can give egg yolk that is the yellow part of it as whole egg can be given from the age of 1 year onwards

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi better to wait for month more. after 8 or 10 months age ,you can start giving egg to your child. so ,as your child is 7 months old,give simple food items like khichdi, rice, fruits and vegetables puree or in well Mashed form etc
