A. Hello mam, avoid giving food like potatoes, green peas in night time meal which creates gas problem. if your child is breastfed baby then it is important to burp your child on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding. Give massage on stomach in clockwise direction. Slowly walk your fingertips on lower part of abdomen from one side to other side direction. Draw an oval with your fingertips below your child's belly button. All these massage techniques help to cure gas , constipation,etc.. stomach problems.
