Q.

My baby 7 month old ,can I give him cow milk,fruits, rice dal etc 2/3 times in day

A. Dear mum, you can give cow milk, fruits, dal rice to your 7 months old baby, 2 to 3 times a day. Give up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
