my baby 6months old...he is a breast and formula feed baby and he passes his stool once in every 3days very hardly(mehandi green colour stool) ..now I started solid food from last 2weeks..now he is passing stool every day but very hard stool(yellow colour stool)... present I'm giving prunee juice,chiku,banana,carrot,apple,and uggu(changed this items in alternate days)...still he is constipated and he is passing his stool hard and at the time stool passing he is very much push ....can u please help me..how my baby pass stool freely

constipation or hard stool is common after starting solid food, offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. 
Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. 
Give sips of water after giving semi solid food, do tummy massage.

don't use demineralized water for drinking

use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
