Babies can rake time until even 1 year old to stand. There could be many reasons why your baby is not standing properly at 6 months old. It's important to consult with your pediatrician to rule out any underlying medical issues that may be affecting your baby's development. Additionally, it's important to remember that each baby develops at their own pace, so don't worry if your baby is not yet standing. Encouraging plenty of tummy time, providing opportunities to strengthen leg muscles, and practicing standing with support can all help your baby develop the skills necessary to stand on their own.

Between seven months and 12 months, your baby will probably start trying to pull himself up to stand while holding on to furniture . By seven months his muscles will be strong enough to stand but he won't have the balancing quite right .
