Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. u b green colour motion indicates that the baby is not feeding well or it may be any infection also so if there are any other associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .

Hello mom Green colour stool is not always alarming it can also be because of natural or artificial food intake in mothers diet or can also be because of formula milk. You can give entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing digestion issues. And try to give very light food to your baby
