Q.

My baby 5 months old today I started ragi porridge for the first time after seeing all readiness..his poop came with ragi is that means it’s not digested?

A. it's fine it is very common that after starting complementary food after completion of 6 months of age you may find undigested food as well as parts of the food directly in the stool but there is no need to worry regarding this pattern. the digestive process of the child is developing and will improve with increasing age of the child. it is important to give only easily digestible food to the child and the quantity should be increxased gradually and you can take help of mixer as well as filter sieve to make the food puree and then give it to the child instead of giving direct solid food at this age. avoid a particxular food which is not digested properly.

A. hi not necessary to have like this if a child is not showing any other discomfort , takes feeds and sleep well then no need to worry always follow 3 days rule while introducing new food to a child which help to know whether your child is allergic to that particular food or not
