Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby has to complete 6 months enter 7th month for starting any complementary foods For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . Once your baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids and water to your baby till the time baby should be totally on mother’s milk. Mother’s milk contains all the nutrition’s baby need in regular diet so there is no need to give anything else till six months
