RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. No Food can be given before the age of 26 weeks so as of now your child is the only 20 weeks I believe or 21 weeks so once your child completes age of 26 weeks after that you can go ahead with giving all kind of food to the child to be feeding on
