my baby 4years old from past 10 days she has nightmares and crying for 5 minutes .but day time she is absolutely fine what could be the reason

A. Nightmares are mainly seen as a consequence of some type of stress the child experience in during the day. it can be due to the screen time that is TV mobile and laptop and what she is seeing there as well as due to some type of fight or scolding from the parents or with other children
