Hello I would just like to tell you a child responds to a sound and has its vision after the age of 3 to 3 1/2 and maximum four months of age before that if a child is not responding to it and it is completely fine you definitely need not worry about that thing particularly in all and if you think your child is having a hearing issue then you should consult a doctor once ENT doctor
