Q.
my baby 4 month old. I give buffalo mild. not come to mother milk. but my baby wait less. plz suggest any formula milk

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...cow or buffalo milk is not suggested to babies below one year..so avoid it.
as far as possible try to give breastmilk to ur baby..
Breast milk works on demand and supply, the more u nurse ur baby the more milk it will produce, so keep feeding frequently.
Dates, nuts like almond, cashew, walnut, pista, coconut, a glass of milk with dry fruit powder, lentils or dal, a spoonful of methi daily, should be added in your diet to increase breastmilk supply.
You may take Zandu Shatavari powder daily two times with milk .
