my baby ( 4 mnths) suffering with water discharge from eyes since birth. is it normal? reason? plz give me any solution

A. hello dear mom sometimes the eye duct take time to open you are advised to wipe the eyes of the child with clean cotton cloth also consult the pediatric in case you need any drops for the eyes of the baby
