my baby 3 year old has dry cough no cold but snoring sound during sleeping and cough will be verse during sleeping please suggest on this

A. baby hs dry cough no cold snoring as because of some block in the nose and throat ways gv maxtra gv steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drps apply warm mustrd oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
