Q.

My baby 3.5 yr old starts coughing around 11-12 pm most of the night and vomits and then sleeps. what could be the cause of this??

A. sir for howany days we have to continue this medicine....as I have already given montac lc syrup and other cough medicine many times...but no improvement

A. kindly give syrup allegra /histafree 5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin / ambrodil s 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half daysx then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. try to preventx temperature variations around the child that is prevent hot to cold and cold to hot weather.

Q. my daughter sleeping routine is he wakes up around 7 am then he sleeps around 12:30 to 3 pm in the afternoon and in the evening she takes small nap of half hour between 5:30 to 6:30 and in the night she goes to sleep after 10 pm but now a days she takes 30 to 45 min sleep on night and wake up to around 2:30 am in the morning, she plays most of the time but around 1 am she starts crying to till 2:30 . nothing can make her calm how can we overcome it and puty daughter to sleep in night for long time
