Q.

my baby 2 years one month , my baby suffering with fever, cold, cough from 5days use paracetamol syrup 120 mg 5ml given every 4 th hrly but fever not reduced consultant my doctor also please give me suggestion

A. Hi Doctor, I have severe gastric issues having pain around my chest at times similar to poking.Met Gynecologist and Doctor prescribed Alkem PaN D tablet for 10 days to have in empty stomach in morning.It was good for 4 days but yesterday I had poking pain and burping as well.And,there was sudden rise in heart beat also. Please suggest me which type of specialist should I consult for this.Kindly, suggest what foods to eat and things to avoid to overcome from this.Am feeding my 2 years old baby and a working Mom

A. please give me suggestion for fever used antibiotics also

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment yohccu can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
