Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom Baby should pass out urine 6-8 times in 24 hours. If passing out this much urine then no need to worry. If the pee count is less then 6 then that means ur baby is dehydrated. For this feed more frequently to keep ur baby hydrated
