Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracfdetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hotv saline gargles .

Hi mommy Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms nasal drops
