my baby 1year 9 months old can I give carrot juice for daily?

A. hello yes you can either h ve your child raw carrot or cooked carrot direçtly or also gve carrot juice which is not w problem.. rather then grinding too much giving fruits or vegetables directly are more HEALTHY and nutritious for the childs growth also
