A. first of all meet a doctor who will examine the child and tell you whether any intervention is required for loose motion or not and your doctor will guide you whether vaccination can be given or not kindly give ORS for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor. also you cannot give outside milk to the child and you cannot give cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days

A. Babies who are mildly ill can get the vaccine. Babies who are moderately or severely ill should wait until they recover. This includes babies with moderate or severe diarrhea or vomiting.
