my baby 16days old so can i drink cow milk. does cow milk affect my baby.

preetMom of a 3 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. yes you can drink cow milk. it doesn't affect baby what type of milk u taking. milk is beneficial for lactating mothers as it's rich in proteins

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby for the first 6 months.
