My baby 13 month old, Doctor suggest for her R. B tone syrup bt I observed her potty colour is black, I am so worry about that , plz tell me about that

if stool is watery and accompanied with mucus or blood only then it can be a sign of infections.. otherwise there's nothing to worry about

and give to one with low iron levels or anemia..
as because of taking iron syrups baby may get black stool..
this is normal..
keep baby well hydrated..
