my baby 1 year 4month till now i continue breastmilk mam now i plan to stop how to stop breastmilk pls give me solutions

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Start with outside milk. introduce milk in colourful and attractive sippy cups like babyhug sippy cups that attract baby towards milk. Reduce one feed initially. replace it with outside milk. Then two feeds and gradually all the feeds. At last reduce the night feeds. This is a slow process and can take time by the baby to stop breastfeeding completely
