my baby 1 year 10 months old having a fever past 2 days I gave paracetamol syrup but fever is not reduced 4 hours once over heat in his head what I do

A. fever is appearing again and again dear visit the doctor monitor the temperature at regular intervals and note down as it will better to tell the doctor when baby is getting fever keep baby well hydrated
