Q.

my baby 1 year 1 month old he is suffering from fever from two days doctor gave him Amoxycillin potassium calculate and paracetamol ibuprofen it affect for 4 hour after that again he is suffering from fever does not eat what I do

A. along with fever medicine you have been prescribed antibiotics for your child and the fever will continue for three days for which you have to give Paracetamol and the effect of antibiotics will come properly after 3 days so after 3 days if fever is coming then only you need to visit the doctor

A. Hello ma’am If the fever is not subsiding then it would be better that you ask your doctor to change the medicine because the medicine should still work for 6 to 8 hours on the minimum side and if it is not helping your baby it’s better to get the medicine changed I do consult your paediatrician ones tomorrow
