yes it is common problem among kids.
because as they grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes.
but don't worry these likes and dislikes are not permanent.
so keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
as your kids don't take enough sleep at night, try to offer heavy food items like sheera, rab at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
try to set consistent consistent bedtime routine for your child.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep time.
ensure that your kids feel comfortable while sleeping.
use dim lights and keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping.
avoid distractions.
maintain good hygiene.
