my babies head shape in not round, does baby pillow help baby head to be in good shape?

A. You can put the baby on grass mat(korai paai in tamil) . As he grows older and moves around the mat his head will get the shape. If u r using horse shoe pillows, baby won't be able to move his head. So if in case there was a reflux and baby needs to turn the head, he would not be able to do it and can choke from his own vomit. So it's better not to use those pillows which will restrict the baby's movement.
