My babies are 3 months and 8 days old. Any and tupe of what diet do you recommend. Thanks

A. Dear parent, exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete should be the only diet for your babies. There is no need to give any other top food to your baby till 6 months.

A. Hello dear parent! For the first 6 months the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Semi solids and water can be given only after the completes 6 months of age. Till then both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
