A. Hai good morning !! As baby is two years old you can give family foods with less oil, spices. 3 meals and 2 snacks include protein, calcium,fibre rich foods. Cereal, millet based breakfast - Idly, dosa, roti, cerelac/porridge; omlet or Boiled egg . Lunch /dinner - Rice , Roti with dal, sabji,curd any stuffed roti/paratha;egg/meat,soya, Paneer , vegetables salad. Snacks - Fruits, vegetables,dry fruits ladoo, Barfi, Makhana... encourage self eating ,co eating , plating arrangments colourfully , little carving or arranging like carvings will help kid to have meals with interest.
