My age 26years,i have 11 month baby during 2 months my stomach tightness feeling,nausea and vommiting sensation ,i use gastric medicine but no use is any complication please suggest

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to dtwo times as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be gidven if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
