My 9mpnth baby had fever time vometing

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated t after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofhen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

And for vomiting better give food in lesser quantity than you usually give. Give oh Khichdi to eat. Do not give much till baby's stomach settles. Good luck and take care
