Hello mam this looks like an infection only to me so I would advise you to consult a skin specialist ones regarding the same and get a proper check up done for the same. And also you said there is no more each and asked if just the spot is left and there is no issue with it then you can start applying a mixture of camphor and coconut oil on a regular basis as with it this mark will also fade away with time completely
