my 9 Months old baby is trying to vomit forcefully and taking less food also.. I am giving him rice porridge and raggi porridge and also feeding in between. what may be the cause?

A. Hello mom is the baby teething as such ? Because if they are then they tend to have loose their appetite and tend to behave very differently then they usually are
