Q.

my 9 month old wakes up 3 times mostly during night.. I feed her and she sleeps back. I want to reduce night feed. pls advice how to do it. I don't want to let her cry.

A. hi it will alright by the time so no need to worry about it much just give heavy food items like sheera rab etc at night time meal which can help you to decrease night time waking frequency
