my 9 month old baby suffering from fever from last two days now temperatures is fine but she didn't take any food only she wants to drink milk not any Solid food what should i do for tackle this

You may give her BM as and when she demands.
A2 desi cow.milk can be given but in minimum quantity as she had fever
Gvive her esy to digest food only
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Don't give RO water
