my 9 month child has white spot on her face..is it due to vitamin deficiency??? doctor has given ketoconazole soap fr time being?? is the spot any sign of skin color change????

it may be some infections, dry skin, or nutritional deficiencies.
apply good moisturizer.
give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
do consult with paediatrician.

I suggest you please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give daily sun light exposure
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
