my 9 month baby doing potty 5-6 time a day and refusing to take any solid food from last 4 days can anyone suggest a medicine?

Liquid motions are mainly infection And is treated by just probiotics like enterogermina and o r s to drink for prevention of any type of dehydration . If any vomiting then emset can be given for that . Also avoid milk for some days as it is not digested well
