My 8year old boy has light fever around 99F at mostly evening times

Its Not even fever it’s a very mild temperature the child is having so there is no requirement of giving any medicine if your child is super duper active then it could be due to tiredness into the body because once a child gets tired sometimes they can get a mild temperature like this
