I Would still say just wait for a month try to teach the  child as this is the specific name you have and make sure that your child starts to make an eye contact by this age kids can do a little bit of eye contact also if you still feel that things are not working fine for you then you can get in touch with the child psychologist ones

Ru Calling your child with different different names because kids can get confuse that was a call with one name only and is your child aware of it that it is your child’s name only because sometimes kids are not aware about the fact so keep calling your child with the same name every time and monitor for your child for at least four weeks if you think that it is still not working then consult your doctor ones
