my 8months old baby got a small bump at her hand one month ago, what it is ? can anyone tell me Is it normal?

Seems like a mosquito bite only but if you want you can apply coconut oil currently but get it examined with the doctor in case of any doubt if it is not spreading and if it is at the same place and creating no problem then it is going to settle down on its own only
