Q.
my 80 days twin Babies has cold for past 1 week. doctor advised for Zyrtec 2 drops twice a day for 3-4 days but still baby has cold and often block nose.. Also mucus comes when they sneeze with running nose.. they ha cough too.. again doctor says this is normal but baby suffers when mucus blocks the nose. plz someone advise

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 2 m old girl5 years agoA. you have twin babies and more than 80 days old so yes cough cold and nasal blockage can cause discomfort in baby you can give indirect steam inhalation can also use otrivin paediatric nasal drops for relief

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello mom You can use nasal clear drops to clean baby’s nose. And continue giving the medicine prescribed by your paediatrician. Rather than this there is no need to give any medicine to your baby. Nasal clear jobs will help to clean baby’s nose properly. And you can also give a steam with warm water but be very careful. Happy parenting
