my 8 months old baby nose and mouth around areas pimples appearing. what should I do for that ?

A. hi , wash Baby hands frequently also clean sterilize baby toys which baby usually puts in mouth and apply petroleum jelly aur coconut oil to rashes and also do visit your pediatrician if it's stays for long time
