my 8 months baby suffering with constipation what action I could take any medication required or what foods need to taken

A. You can give Bonnisan drops by Himalaya and if it is not in your control contact paediatrician

A. Hii, Give water to your baby after frequent intervals and during feeding the meals. Include fibre rich foods in diet. Put a pinch of hing(asefodita) whenever you prepare a porrige for baby. It helps in better digestion. Give Himalaya bonnisan liquid once in a day if needed. You can give one banana daily in the morning. Banana also helps to relief constipation.

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's miiulk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
