Q.
My 8 months baby old always passes green colour stool...he has a little constipation too since the time i started giving him semi solids....yesterday he had banana and pooped after 2 days..today I cud find dark green grain like specs in his poop...what cud be the reason for this

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. mostly such are common after feeding banana. Try to add some fiber rich veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate.
give sipes of water after each solid feed.

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
