my 8 month old son having fever from last night I m giving him paracetamol thrice a day from tomorrow but his head is now burning so what should I do now shall I go to the doctor or something can give him for the relief please advise

A. Hello, your baby boy is 8 months old and his head is warm and body temperature is very normal so it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation and it doesn’t need any medicine but frequent breast feeding
