My 8 month old is having fever since last night(gave paracetamol drops) and passing green poop since morning. She has couple of teeth. What can be the reason?

Teething is happening with your child and probably which is why your child is passing green coloured motion and your child is also suffering with fever all these things are very well connected with each other if the fever and diarrhoea does not subside in three days I would want you to have further assessment with your doctor
