my 8 month old daughter has fhmd ( foot hand mouth disease) I've been to doctor . she has given pain killer and some ointments and wanted her to have lots of fluids. any home remedies to soothe her sore mouth as she's so small to have popsicles and stuff anything else?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. Give your child soft, bland foods that are easy to chew and swallow. Cut foods into small pieces, or mash, blend or pGive2, nuts, tomatoes and chocolates, as they can often make the ulcers more painful. Always remember that fluid intake is more important than eating any solids.
