my 8 month old baby yesterday had fever with bloody stool. doc prescribe her antibiotics today her stool became normal but her fever still comimg with larger interval.she is on antibiotic and paracitamol. plz tell me how long the fever will last in stomach infection after startimg antibiotics,?
