My 8 month daughter having fever Blood test report- dengue igm positive but igg ngtive What does it mean?

ExpertDr Sameer awadhiyaPaediatrician6 years agoA. if your child is having fever and dengue IGM report is positive that means the child is suffering from recent dengue infection so consult your pediatrician for further treatment and maintain a good hydration for your child
