my 8 month baby is suffering from feaver last 3 days....when I give medicine then feaver get down but after some hours it's again up...pls let me know what we do

A. p only .Fever is temperature more than 99 . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down or baby not looking well then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
